What are the Data & Information ?

Data 

Data are 'raw' details  (facts) which do not necessarily mean anything in its purest form.in a database system, data are fact such as employee names, customer ID number,inventory items or customer sales orders.

Information

information is data that has been processed in such a way as to be meaningful to the person who receives it.It is anything that us communicated.
